What does a vacancy cost on Werkvolk?
Your first hire is currently completely free, however many vacancies you post in that period. After that you pay 149 euro per 4 weeks per vacancy you keep online, with a minimum of 12 weeks per activated vacancy. From then on every vacancy can be cancelled every 4 weeks.
Is the first hire really free?
Yes, and it is a temporary offer, not a permanent part of our pricing. You post vacancies, receive matches and chat with candidates without paying. Billing only starts from your first hire, and only for the vacancies you keep online after that. So you see the result first and pay once it has worked.
Do I pay a placement fee or commission per hire?
No. Zero euro, even if you hire several people from the same vacancy. That is the biggest difference with a temp agency or recruitment agency, where you quickly pay 17 to 25% on top of the gross salary or thousands of euros per placement.
Why a minimum of 12 weeks per vacancy?
Because reach needs time to build. Your vacancy has to flow through to the app, the VDAB website, your own vacancy page, Google Jobs and our advertising, and those channels do not all deliver in week one. Twelve weeks is three billing periods of 4 weeks. If it does not work out in that time, we highlight your vacancy for free.
How does billing work exactly?
Per period of 4 weeks and per vacancy, not per account and not per user. Every vacancy has its own term that starts when you activate it. All amounts quoted are exclusive of VAT.
How do I cancel a vacancy?
Yourself in the portal, after the 12 week minimum term, each time per period of 4 weeks and per individual vacancy. You pause, restart or stop a vacancy whenever you want. So you never cancel a whole account to get rid of one vacancy.
Are there hidden costs?
No. No setup fees, no placement fees, no cost per recruiter or per site. The culture measurement, the personality matching, the advertising traffic to your vacancy and the supply from our partner schools are all inside the 149 euro per 4 weeks. Only the extended vacancy analytics are an optional add-on.
Do I pay per recruiter or per user?
No. Unlimited recruiters and unlimited sites, with no per-user cost. Your whole team can join without your price changing.
What if I make no hire at all from my vacancy?
Then after 12 weeks we highlight it for free: it moves up in the results so matching candidates see it sooner. You can also simply stop the vacancy after that. What we will not do is sell you an extra package to become visible after all.
